Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of child, adolescent, and adult clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize digital platforms to document clinical progress and maintain updated and accurate electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of Community Health Network, you will work primarily with a diverse population that includes individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling services in a mental health setting, demonstrating a proven track record of effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices, as well as a commitment to upholding these standards in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
