This role involves a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring cardiac telemetry. They will assess and manage dysrhythmias effectively. Post-cardiac procedure management will be a key responsibility. The nurse will administer blood products and manage central lines. Experience with hemodialysis management is needed. The role includes caring for patients with renal failure. Communication with Rapid Response Teams will be required. Use of advanced respiratory support equipment will be necessary. The nurse will follow isolation precautions and provide wound care. Working with interdisciplinary teams will be essential. Flexibility to float between departments may be required. Weekend and holiday shifts may be part of the schedule. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
