Production Control Manager, Data Center Manufacturing

What to Expect Tesla is recruiting for an experienced Production Control (PC) Manager to join our Energy Team and manage day-to-day operations in Brookshire, TX. The successful candidate will oversee inbound material flow, on-site yard, and hostler management, receiving and conveyance to the production line, inventory control and outbound Megapack loading. The PC Manager will lead a team of supervisors and/or associate managers across multiple shifts at a 24/7 facility in Brookshire, TX. In this role, the PC Manager works together with Production, Engineering and Planning as well as NPI, inbound and outbound Logistics to ensure overall success of Tesla.
