Orlando, FL | Full Time | In Person

Nonsense Hub is looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to join our Orlando team and support customer-facing campaigns for our clients.

This is an active, people-focused role where you’ll work directly with customers at retail and event locations. You’ll introduce client campaigns, start conversations, answer questions, build interest, and help turn positive interactions into new customers and sales.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face at retail and event locations 
• Represent client products, services, and campaigns 
• Start conversations and build rapport with new customers 
• Explain offers and answer customer questions 
• Identify interest and contribute to new customer acquisitions 
• Work toward individual and team campaign goals 
• Help create a positive customer experience throughout each interaction

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or another customer-facing environment is preferred, but we’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds with the right attitude and communication skills.
