We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support customer relationships and help deliver a consistent, positive experience across day-to-day interactions. This role works directly with customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and coordinate support throughout their experience with the company.

The Customer Success Associate will manage routine customer communication, monitor follow-up needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure questions and requests are handled effectively. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with customers and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner
  
• Develop an understanding of individual customer needs and provide relevant product and service information
  
• Guide customers through available options, programs, and current offerings
  
• Coordinate follow-up activities and monitor outstanding customer needs
  
• Build positive relationships through consistent communication and reliable support
  
• Assist customers with routine concerns and coordinate solutions with the appropriate internal teams
  
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, promotions, and company initiatives
  
• Document customer interactions, requests, and follow-up activities accurately
  
• Monitor customer feedback and communicate recurring themes or opportunities to the team
  
• Support customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate customer needs
  
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer communication and service processes
  
• Participate in customer-focused programs and special projects
  
• Provide additional customer success support as business needs evolve
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions
  
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
  
• Previous experience in customer success, customer service, account support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
