The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving company growth by balancing new client acquisition with expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on developing and executing effective sales strategies while fostering strong client relationships and partnerships. The manager engages in market analysis and collaborates with internal teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead generation to identify new business opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies for acquisition and account expansion
Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure retention and growth
Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity
Create proposals and manage contract negotiations with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals
Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development
Proficient in lead generation and sales strategy development
Strong negotiation and market research skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Experience in project management to drive initiatives
