Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, identifying their distinctive needs and strengths.

• Provide individualized therapy, including both individual and family sessions, aimed at fostering emotional and psychological healing.

• Effectively manage administrative responsibilities, including completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies tailored to each patient's requirements.
\n
• Create discharge plans that support continued wellness and stability after treatment.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws as well as organizational policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay current in the field.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and best practices.
\n
• Ensure completion of all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support through our telehealth platform. You will address various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your clinical expertise will be crucial in creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to express their concerns and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and providing therapy in a remote setting.

• Prior experience using telehealth platforms for individual and group therapy sessions.

• Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
