Liberty Mission Critical Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and company payments accurately and timely Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Prepare and send customer invoices Maintain organized financial and accounting records Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing questions Assist management with financial documentation and administrative tasks Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards Qualifications Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareProficiency in Quickbooks is REQUIRED Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Professional and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Mission Critical Services
