Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both virtual and face-to-face assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs, ensuring the creation of personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care, to effectively address conditions including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
