Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our treatment team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure quality care delivery.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to create integrated treatment strategies that address the diverse mental health challenges faced by our patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews focused on continuous improvement of patient care and treatment modalities.

• Providing education, support, and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

• Staying informed on current research and developments in the field to enhance your clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with clients experiencing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our patient population is diverse, reflecting a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through the recovery process, ensuring they feel supported and empowered on their journey to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or a related field is required.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent designation.

• A strong foundation in addressing various mental health concerns and the ability to develop treatment plans for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and interaction with patients.

• Experience in crisis intervention and proven capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
