Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations including mental health and addiction challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to inform treatment strategies and interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, promoting client welfare and resilience.

• Actively engage in accreditation and licensing processes to uphold high standards of practice in behavioral health.

• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate comprehensive support networks.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and align with the mission of MHA within the community.
\n
• Participate in community outreach efforts to forge new alliances and secure additional funding sources that enhance service delivery.

• Engage in professional development activities, attend relevant conferences, and represent the agency at various statewide meetings, enhancing both personal skills and agency visibility.

• Embody and promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions, both internally and externally.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals seeking detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those affected by mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work empathetically to empower clients through their recovery process, providing them with necessary resources and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited educational institution.

• A current state license in good standing with the State License Board to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a behavioral health or related setting.
