Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and other mental health services tailored to patients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status by evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop, implement, and manage evidence-based treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs, ensuring cultural competency and responsiveness.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and share insights on treatment progress.

• Monitor patient progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work closely with a diverse patient population, particularly individuals entering the detoxification phase of recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years is required, candidates with 3 or more years of experience in outpatient or detox settings will hold a competitive advantage. Specialized training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be considered a plus.
