As a Recruiter supporting our Mortgage and Settlement Services teams, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the talent that drives our business forward.Based at our corporate headquarters in Reston, VA, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to develop recruiting strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and build strong talent pipelines for a variety of business-critical roles. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional who enjoys relationship building, sourcing talent, and influencing hiring decisions while gaining exposure to leaders across the organization.What You'll DoSource Top Talent: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates.Manage the Full Recruitment Process: Lead candidates through the hiring journey, from initial outreach and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.Partner with Business Leaders: Consult with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Assess Candidate Fit: Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our culture and business needs.Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Build positive relationships with candidates through proactive communication and timely follow-up.Leverage Data and Technology: Utilize recruiting technology, reporting, and AI-powered tools to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.Maintain Recruiting Excellence: Ensure accurate candidate records and compliance throughout the hiring process using our Applicant Tracking System.Qualifications1-5 years of recruiting experience.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage candidates and business partners.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, or other talent attraction methods.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Interest in leveraging technology, data, and AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness.Bachelor's degree preferred.Exposure to recruiting for mortgage, settlement services, financial services, operations, customer service or other business support functions is preferred.Life at NVRAs the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is a Top 5 US homebuilder that has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
