This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while adhering to a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, tailoring interventions based on the analysis.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique mental health needs and goals, ensuring their input is a priority.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective mental health interventions.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and offering strategies for self-care and resilience.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both therapeutic and medication management needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorders and new therapeutic approaches, integrating this knowledge into practice.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of client assessments and treatment in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice aims to serve a broad spectrum of individuals, with a particular focus on those facing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. Each patient is treated with personalized care, understanding that their experiences and backgrounds are unique and deserving of attention and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders such as CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong collaboration skills with a comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively work alongside psychiatrists.

• A proven history of delivering successful treatment outcomes and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with a varied patient demographic, particularly in outpatient settings focusing on mood disorders, is highly desirable. An understanding of telehealth practices can also be advantageous in transitioning seamlessly into our remote work structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
