To drive growth and enhance visibility in the acquisition funnel, the full-time Growth Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end funnel analysis, optimize free-to-paid conversions, and amplify product launches, all while working remotely within UTC-3 to UTC-8 time zones. Key responsibilities Own the acquisition funnel by analyzing sign-up sources and channel performance Optimize free-to-paid conversion through targeted campaigns and feature identification Evaluate the impact of paid spend on distribution and adjust strategies accordingly Required qualifications Experience in managing free-to-paid conversion or lifecycle/activation processes Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation related to marketing funnels Ability to execute experiments quickly and effectively Understanding of developer marketing and how to engage this audience Technical background to implement website changes independently
