The PartnerShip Freight Agent Network is designed for experienced freight professionals. Join the PartnerShip Freight Agent Network, run your own book of business with full independence while tapping into the technology, credibility, and full operational support of a trusted logistics leader.

Compensation
- Pay structure: 100% commission-only (uncapped earning potential)
- Estimated First-Year OTE: $50,000 - $120,000+ (based on your book of business)
- Commission Split: Highly competitive percentage split based on gross profit margin
- Payout frequency: Reliable, prompt weekly payouts upon customer invoicing.
Additional revenue streams:
- Parcel referral income residuals
- Agent referral program bonus

Role Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of active freight brokering or logistics sales experience.
- An established, transferable book of business/shipper relationships is highly preferred.
