Business Analyst PKPD

Insight Global is seeking a business analyst specializing in PKPD (pharmacokinetics/pharmadynamics), that will be supporting one of Insight Global's large pharmaceutical clients. The business analyst's work is tied to a high-priority initiative focused on AI/ML, automation, and data enablement in discovery research. Key responsibilities include:

• Inventory and assess data across fragmented and siloed systems within discovery research environments
• Identify where critical data resides and define requirements for enabling scalable solutions
• Partner with scientific and technical stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into IT scope, including data sourcing, integration, and preparation
• Support data integration efforts and ensure datasets are suitable for AI/ML model development
