Los candidatos deben ser positivos, organizados y tener un buen trabajo en equipo. Trabajarás junto a un equipo de ventas dinámico y licenciado formado por profesionales que comparten el deseo de triunfar y crecer. Este puesto a tiempo completo se centra principalmente en ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y construir relaciones duraderas con nuestros clientes , con oportunidades para ayudar en el soporte de ventas a medida que ganas experiencia. Responsabilidades principales: Ofrece un excelente servicio al cliente tanto en la oficina como por teléfono, ayudando a los clientes a comprender y orientarse entre sus pólizas y necesidades de seguros. Apoya el mantenimiento de archivos y asiste en los procesos cotidianos de oficina que optimizan la eficacia de la agencia. Gestiona las llamadas entrantes y las enruta según sea necesario. Ayuda en las comunicaciones de seguimiento con los clientes y mantiene registros precisos de las plataformas proporcionadas. Proporciona apoyo administrativo al personal de ventas con licencia, con oportunidades potenciales para contribuir a la venta cruzada y al desarrollo de leads prospects. Requisitos: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Seguro de sí mismo, autodidacta que trabaja bien de forma independiente. Sólidas habilidades organizativas y capacidad para hacer varias cosas a la vez en la otra. Cómodo usando la tecnología y aprendiendo nuevas plataformas. Experiencia profesional en atención al cliente (prefiere seguros o entorno de oficina). Competencia técnica: Normalmente se requiere experiencia con software de gestión de agencias y programas estándar de oficina. Organización: Se necesita un alto nivel de organización para gestionar múltiples cuentas de clientes, políticas y tareas simultáneamente. Orientado al detalle: La atención meticulosa al detalle es crucial para garantizar la precisión de las políticas y la documentación adecuada. Resolución de problemas: La capacidad de analizar situaciones, resolver problemas y encontrar soluciones para los clientes es un componente clave del puesto. Conocimiento sobre seguros : Es necesario un sólido conocimiento de los productos, coberturas y gestión de riesgos de seguros.
