Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open communication and therapy engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and address various mental health disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s needs, circumstances, and therapy goals.

• Lead both individual and couples sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suitable for improving mental well-being.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling and modify treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on individuals, couples, and families experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and trauma. You will contribute to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions and work towards meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
