Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health and relational needs, creating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through digital platforms, utilizing evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Specialize in providing care to clients with PTSD, ensuring a structured yet empathetic approach that promotes healing and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at PROMIS Neurodevelopmental, you will work with a diverse range of clients including adults, children, and families facing emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, family dynamics, and trauma. This dynamic role allows you to employ a range of therapeutic techniques to effectively address the unique needs of each individual or family system.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted California LMFT license.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or doctorate is preferred.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children, couples, or families.

• Proficient in therapeutic approaches, with the ability to respond effectively in crisis situations.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations as they pertain to therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
