Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities Assist with employee relations matters Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support benefits enrollment and administration Assist with policy implementation and compliance efforts Participate in employee engagement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of HR experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills HRIS experience preferred Ability to handle confidential information This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting employees across the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
