• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs.

• Implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic modalities, guided by professional judgment and evidence-based practices.

• Utilize our telehealth platform's tools effectively, including video sessions, journaling tools, and goal-tracking features to engage patients and facilitate their progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Regularly participate in clinical supervision and peer review sessions to enhance professional growth and ensure high-quality care.

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approaches to the specific demographics and needs of your caseload, ensuring that each client receives personalized care.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
\n
• An active LPCC license in good standing. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant clinical experience.

• A reliable internet connection and phone, as well as a laptop or desktop computer suitable for telehealth sessions.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapy tools.

• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
