This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide vital support from the comfort of your own space. While our detox center serves clients physically, your work will involve consultations and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers, during treatment-planning meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Attend regular treatment-planning meetings to provide and gather feedback on patient progress, discussing resistance and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Identify and tactfully manage resistance and conflict among clients, families, and team members, utilizing de-escalation techniques and communication strategies to facilitate positive interactions.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with social work standards, documenting all assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and case closures systematically.
\n
• Apply knowledge of the latest DSM diagnostic criteria to evaluate and document disorders in children and adolescents, while being attentive to their developmental needs.

• Utilize behavioral modification principles, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy in your interactions with clients, promoting effective coping mechanisms.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families' medical, social, and emotional situations through interviews, consultations, and chart reviews.
\n
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans based on continuous psychosocial assessments, factoring in the patient's and family’s goals, strengths, and cultural values.

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions, documenting patient goals and responses to ensure an engaging and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our social workers serve a diverse clientele, including individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use. • Hold basic certifications in Life Support (BLS) and CPR, ensuring readiness in emergency situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a similar discipline is required.

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but not required, as we provide full support and training for the right candidate.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Reached Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually for this full-time role.
