Experience: 4–8 Years

Salary: $220,000–$250,000

A nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking an experienced associate to join its New York team. The role offers a diverse caseload involving New York Labor Law, construction accidents, transportation, premises liability, and broader commercial and general liability disputes.

Associates will have significant ownership of their matters and the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute litigation strategy

• Take and defend depositions

• Draft and argue substantive motions

• Handle court appearances and mediations

• Manage discovery and evaluate case exposure

• Work directly with clients

• Prepare matters for settlement and trial

Ideal Candidate:

• 4–8 years of litigation experience

• Strong deposition and motion practice experience

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

• Comfortable independently managing a caseload

• Active New York Bar admission
