MVPT Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. Full time position. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
