Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will engage with couples and families, integrating evidence-based methodologies tailored to each unique situation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological trauma, familial conflicts, and communication barriers.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that involve couples and individual family members, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Supporting patients through various life challenges, including grief and loss, job stress, separation and divorce, and the complexities associated with blended families.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to strive for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights.
