Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Provide acute mental health services primarily through telehealth sessions, employing both video and telephone consultations to reach as many patients as possible.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather clinical histories and establish treatment goals in collaboration with patients.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on the dynamics and requirements of each group.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to HIPAA regulations and company guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, grappling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, along with a current active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $100,000 and $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
