Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

• Use hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities for pain management and recovery.
• Motivate and guide patients through exercises, educating them on proper techniques to reduce the risk of injury.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and assistants to optimize patient outcomes.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required) or higher-level degrees (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Active Nevada Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Two years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
