Work Environment

You will be working at our modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pahrump, Nevada, a quaint and vibrant community known for its scenic views and recreational activities. The clinical setting is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, allowing you to perform a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities tailored to each patient's condition.
• Monitor patient progress closely and modify treatment plans as needed while documenting all interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Create educational materials and conduct sessions to instruct patients on self-management techniques and long-term health maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and administrative staff, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus primarily on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletic injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
