Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and define treatment goals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, utilizing hands-on therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques to encourage ongoing progress after therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with a varied patient demographic, including young athletes, working professionals, and older adults. Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Be licensed or license-eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds who are eager to grow in this specialty area.

Compensation and Benefits
