Body and Spine PT is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Sports Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Pahrump, Nevada. Work Environment

Our outpatient office offers a dynamic work setting where you will engage with a diverse patient population. Working onsite, you will collaborate with other professionals, including strength and conditioning specialists, nutritionists, and physicians, all focused on comprehensive care. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance while maximizing patient care and throughput.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs through hands-on assessments and detailed medical history reviews.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and effective exercise routines to foster long-term health and wellness.
• Create tailored strength and conditioning programs that enhance general fitness, improve sports performance, and facilitate safe return to athletic activities.
• Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated treatment approaches for each patient, optimizing intervention strategies and outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and continuously integrate new research findings into clinical practice for enhanced patient care.

You will primarily work with athletes, recreational sports enthusiasts, and individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries. Our diverse patient base varies from high school athletes to weekend warriors, all seeking specialized care tailored to their unique requirements. Understanding the needs of this patient population is essential for successful rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy focusing on sports rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and injury recovery.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing effective interaction with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
