Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions including hands-on therapy techniques, modalities, and therapeutic exercises to help patients regain strength and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing improvement and engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies and exercises to promote long-term health and wellness outside of therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes consistently in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, and we emphasize individualized, compassionate care to address diverse rehabilitation needs. You will be instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, often witnessing their transformations firsthand.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Active physical therapy license or license eligibility in the state of Nevada.
• A strong dedication to patient-centered care and recovery, with proven communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, though strong candidates with less experience may still be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
