Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility, where you will engage with both patients and colleagues in an encouraging setting. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Our facility is designed to facilitate effective rehabilitation therapies, featuring modern, dedicated spaces for outpatient treatments and therapeutic exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs through hands-on evaluations and standardized tests.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices to optimize functional mobility and pain management.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, structured exercise programs, and patient education sessions to promote self-management.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in our Raintree system, ensuring compliance with established clinic protocols and state regulations.
• Guide patients and their families in understanding treatment strategies and prevention techniques to encourage active participation in the recovery process.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progression and feedback, incorporating new methodologies as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses primarily on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to individuals recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with a diverse group of patients, ranging from athletes to elderly individuals, each presenting unique goals and challenges. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their functional outcomes, helping them return to their daily activities with confidence and strength.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
