Position Overview Renewal by Andersen is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our high-volume hiring and onboarding efforts. This role is heavily focused on recruiting administration and serves as a critical link between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, managing onboarding activities, and ensuring new hires have a seamless experience from offer acceptance through their first day of employment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for organization and process management. Responsibilities Prepare and distribute offer letters to candidates. Initiate, track, and monitor background checks and pre-employment screenings. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to start date. Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding requirements, employment documentation, and start dates. Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding platforms. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to support high-volume hiring initiatives. Track onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative projects as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Onboarding, Administrative Support, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onboarding initiatives. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience coordinating background checks, employment paperwork, or onboarding processes.
