Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $201.00

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for various inpatient surgical procedures including general, neurosurgery, and deep sedation/MAC
• Manage adult patients & limited pediatric cases
• Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Handle ventilation management and oversee regional anesthesia administered by physicians
• Respond to patient emergencies and document care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Current NBCRNA certification & Michigan license (must be fully licensed, not waiting)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum 2+ years of CRNA experience
• Strong collaboration & communication skills
