The Senior Product Manager will shape and scale a portfolio of cutting-edge pharmacy solutions. This is a highly visible role responsible for defining and delivering products across private label pharmacy services, advanced therapies, and emerging cell & gene therapy programs.

This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation to design solutions that address some of the most complex and high-cost treatment journeys in healthcare. This role requires strong product leadership, comfort with ambiguity, and deep empathy for patients, providers, and partners.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  • Own a portfolio of products spanning private label pharmacy solutions, advanced therapy enablement, and emerging care delivery models.
  • Influence company strategy by identifying new business lines, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
  • Shape how Longitude Rx supports complex, high-cost therapies from access to outcomes.
  • Drive measurable improvements in patient access, speed to therapy, adherence, and overall experience.
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across core offerings.
  • Identify market opportunities in specialty pharmacy, advanced therapies, and evolving care models.
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for new capabilities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and define product positioning in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Product Development & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • Define product requirements, business cases, and success criteria for new initiatives.
  • Establish product development processes, operating cadence, and best practices.
  • Partner closely with clinical, operations, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Balance speed, scalability, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Advanced Therapies & Innovation
  • Design and scale programs supporting advanced therapies, including biologics and cell & gene therapies.
  • Build end-to-end product experiences across the therapy journey (intake, benefits verification, logistics, administration, and follow-up care).
  • Develop high-touch patient support models for complex, high-cost treatments.
  • Address operational challenges such as site-of-care coordination, cold chain logistics, and outcomes tracking.
  • Stay current on innovations in specialty pharmacy, reimbursement models, and care delivery.
• External Partnerships & Ecosystem
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical manufacturers, providers, payers, and strategic partners to co-develop solutions.
  • Identify and execute partnership opportunities to accelerate product capabilities and market reach.
  • Represent Longitude Rx in partner discussions, pilots, and industry engagements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the connective tissue across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Align clinical, operational, technical, and commercial teams around shared goals and timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning.
  • Influence without authority in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Data, Performance & Outcomes
  • Define KPIs and success metrics across product lines (e.g., time-to-therapy, adherence, access rates, total cost of care).
  • Leverage data and real-world evidence to inform decisions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Incorporate customer and partner feedback into continuous product improvement.
  • Support value-based and outcomes-driven care models through product design.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences. Experience launching and scaling complex products with a strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, healthcare ecosystems, and payer/provider dynamics.
• Preferred experience: Advanced therapies, biologics, or cell & gene therapy programs; familiarity with pharmacy operations, PBMs, or private label healthcare solutions; experience in high-growth or startup environments; experience with digital health, care coordination, or patient engagement platforms.
