Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring each session is tailored to the needs and concerns of the client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments with clients to optimize their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize a billing service to manage claims, insurance accounts, and payment plans effectively.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings and collaborative sessions to discuss client cases and share therapeutic insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus includes serving clients of all ages, particularly those who are dealing with end-of-life issues and transitional challenges associated with hospice care. As an LCSW with Evansville Wellness, you will address diverse clinical presentations, from grief and loss to anxiety and depression, ensuring each client feels heard, valued, and supported in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, allowing you to practice independently.

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation in a remote work environment.

• Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain a balanced client caseload.

• Be available to work full-time, with a minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Compensation is provided as a W2 employee structure, ensuring you receive benefits typically associated with traditional employment.
