Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote role that offers significant flexibility in your work schedule. As a part of our hospice center team, you will engage with clients through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. You can tailor your caseload according to your clinical interests and availability, supported by a network of peers who are committed to teamwork and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, or family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing therapeutic techniques that align with your clinical focus.

• Develop and implement trauma-informed and culturally responsive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize an electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain timely and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
\n
• Participate in optional peer consultations and receive ongoing professional development through continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities and collective case collaborations.

• Incorporate your clinical orientation—whether somatic, relational, strengths-based, or integrative—into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from individuals facing various life challenges to couples and families navigating complex dynamics. Our focus is on providing dignified and effective support to those nearing the end of life, as well as their families, ensuring that they receive the emotional and psychological support they deserve in hospice care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LCSW license in California is required.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is essential, with a preference for experience in a telehealth setting.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems, video conferencing platforms, and other remote work tools.

• Strong documentation skills and an understanding of BBS and HIPAA regulations are necessary for this role.

• A passion for delivering culturally appropriate, affirming, and inclusive care to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within a hospice setting and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, previous exposure to collaborative care environments will be favorable as you build connections with other health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Hollow Bay Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
