Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical function and develop personalized treatment programs based on physician referrals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions using advanced techniques and tools to facilitate recovery and enhance physical capabilities.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, exercise regimes, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights, track patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages patient engagement and comfort.
• Meet established utilization goals while consistently demonstrating business acumen and aligning with organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, neurological disorders, and pediatric challenges. Our patient-centered approach requires that you establish trust and rapport with each individual, helping them to achieve their functional goals and maintain an active lifestyle. Your expertise will be crucial in creating tailored treatment regimens that address the unique challenges each patient presents.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and effective emergency response.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in technology and electronic documentation to streamline patient care processes.
• A commitment to building positive relationships with patients, fostering their trust and motivation.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a background in multiple specialties, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine therapy. Compensation and Benefits

Lumturi Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
