Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to establish the needs and goals of each patient.

• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that take into account their specific mental health challenges, cultural backgrounds, and individual aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) within individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly, ensuring that acute distress situations are managed effectively through collaboration with other healthcare team members.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation—progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries—while adhering to clinic policies and state regulations.

• Educate and empower patients and their families with psychoeducation to enhance their understanding of mental health conditions, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate effective and holistic care for patients.
