Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of hospice patients.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique challenges faced by terminally ill patients and their families.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a coordinated care plan that aligns with the patient's needs and wishes.

Qualifications\n
