Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing assessment and therapy services to clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and mental illness, focusing on their unique psychosocial needs and end-of-life issues.

• Developing and implementing integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other health care providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Conducting evidence-based screenings to measure the psychological state and needs of clients, followed by arranging or performing detailed assessments as necessary.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach based on the specific dynamics and issues presented by the clients.

• Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and standards of practice outlined by the organization and relevant licensing boards.

• Monitoring treatment goals and outcomes, adapting interventions as necessary, and making referrals to external services when appropriate.

• Keeping detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to maintain compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is ideal, it is not strictly required. Experience working with hospice care clients or in similar settings will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
