Location: Paducah, KY

Start Date: Immediately or as negotiated

End Date/Duration: Ongoing coverage with potential for permanent placement

Shift: Flexible scheduling; clinic-based with some hospital coverage

Hours/Week: 40+ hours (full-time)

Employment Type: Locum-to-Perm opportunity

Licenses/Certifications: KY Medical License or ability to obtain; BC/BE in Hematology & Medical Oncology

Experience: At least 2+ years in Hematology/Oncology preferred

Hourly Rate: $19,500.00 per month (approx. $106.00/hr)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert hematology and oncology care to adult patients
• Manage a patient census averaging 22 patients/day, including new consults
• Conduct outpatient clinic visits and limited hospital rounding (approx. 5%)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation and coordination
• Participate in ongoing patient care management and follow-up

What You Need

Required:

• MD or DO degree with active Kentucky medical license or eligibility
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Hematology & Medical Oncology
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in oncology/hematology
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient management skills
