About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for SLED and Public Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales organization within the SLED and Public Healthcare segments. This role demands a leader with extensive experience in sales management, particularly in the SLED and/or Healthcare verticals, and a strong understanding of enterprise security, cyber resilience, and compliance landscapes. The Vice President will be tasked with setting and executing regional go-to-market strategies, exceeding revenue targets, and developing account and territory strategies that align with the unique buying motions and procurement requirements of government, education, and healthcare organizations. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of success in complex, regulated buying environments, and the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships. The position requires a leader who can influence and align cross-functional teams, and who is adept at navigating the multi-stakeholder decision processes common in SLED and healthcare sales. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be a highly trusted leader, capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution, and will be expected to travel as necessary to engage with customers across the region.
