Work Environment\n

This position operates primarily within a school context, offering remote support and counseling services. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other caregivers to create an integrated support system for students. The work hours for this full-time role are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as necessary to meet the needs of the students and families you support. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to facilitate visits and ensure the continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, including emotional, behavioral, and social factors, to formulate individualized care plans.

• Provide counseling services to students and their families, offering emotional support and guidance to help them navigate challenges such as academic pressures, family dynamics, and transitions.

• Advocate for students' rights and access to educational resources, collaborating with school staff and community organizations to secure necessary support.

• Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with professional standards.

• Facilitate communication among families, educators, and mental health professionals to promote holistic care and resolve any conflicts related to the student's welfare.

• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and administrators to ensure coordination of services that enhance students' academic and emotional success.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
