Allure Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist. As a vital member of our team, you will provide critical mental health services in a supportive remote environment. Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, but as part of our community health clinic, you will engage frequently with colleagues and clients through video conferencing and teletherapy sessions. You will have a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the scheduling needs of patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to craft tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for the individual needs of clients, ensuring inclusivity and responsiveness to cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on crisis resolution, coping strategies, and overall mental wellness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed, ensuring safety and support for clients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and available treatment options, empowering them through knowledge.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and interventions, following all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist in Texas.

• In-depth understanding of various mental health disorders and the latest evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
