Christian Brothers is looking for a professional, organized, and people-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

For over 50 years, homeowners across the Valley have trusted our company for honest service and exceptional customer care. Our CSRs are the first impression of our company, and they play a huge role in creating a positive customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Stays calm under pressure

• Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Works well with technicians and office staff

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day
• Help manage dispatch flow and customer expectations
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
• Support daily office operations

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Customer service experience
• Call center or dispatch experience
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience is helpful but not required
