Customer Service Representative

Title : HR Support Agent

Duration : 4 months

Hourly Pay : $18/hr on W2

You will be responsible for inbound and outbound contact initiatives with candidates in our call center, providing top-tier experience, and resolving complex problems which are preventing candidates from advancing to their first day at Amazon. You will excel in quick turnaround times, problem-solving skills, eliminating barriers, and most importantly, successfully hiring Amazon employees.

• Headcount of 12, contract term 7/20/26 to 1/20/27.
• Shifts available; please note, these adjust for daylights savings on 11/1/26 to support 6am to 6pm HOOP.
• 5: Sun - Wed 6:30am to 5pm / DLS Sun - Wed 7:30am to 6pm
• 5: Wed - Sat 5am to 3:30pm / DLS Wed - Sat 6am to 4:30pm
• 2: Wed - Sat 6:30am to 5pm / DLS Wed - Sat 7:30am to 6pm

Key Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of candidate contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of urgency and satisfaction

• Interacting with candidates over email, chat, phone, or SMS to handle escalations/referrals

• Communicate effectively in both verbal/written form.

• Participation in the continuous improvement of the overall hiring process

• Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish

• Perform administrative tasks as necessary

• Additional tasks as needed per business needs

• We will keep our interview scheduling approach and here is our weekly AM interview availability:
• Jordan: Monday 9-11am
• Cynthia: Tuesdays 2pm-4pm
• Sergio: Thursdays 9-11am
• Plan is to begin interviewing week 25 (June 15th) with the hopes we have 3 offers a week to get us to our target while allowing for pre-screening clearance and equipment ordering.
