Pay range: $18-19/hour

Looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll support job candidates throughout the hiring process by assisting with applications, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

✨ What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text messages

• Assist candidates with hiring and onboarding questions

• Troubleshoot application and technical issues

• Resolve escalations and remove barriers in the hiring process

• Complete administrative tasks and documentation

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience

• Support process improvement initiatives

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Some shifts available to support 6am to 6pm.

Shift times adjust slightly during Daylight Saving Time.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, recruiting support, operations, administrative support, or candidate care.
