Work Environment

This position is primarily home-based, allowing Physical Therapists to work directly with patients in their own environments. Key Responsibilities

• Document all treatments, patient responses, and progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and facilitate communication with other healthcare providers.
• Regularly reevaluate and adjust treatment plans as necessary, setting new therapeutic goals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and family members on exercises, assistive devices, and effective physical therapy techniques.
